Refund Policy

Clarix is currently available as a free-tier service only. Paid subscriptions (Creator ₹299/month, Pro ₹999/month, Agency ₹2,999/month) are under development and will be activated once our payment infrastructure via Razorpay is complete.

This Refund Policy will apply fully once paid plans are live. For the current free tier, no charges are made and no refunds are applicable.

1. Free Trial

All paid plans (Creator, Pro, Agency) include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without incurring any charge.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Upon cancellation:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be billed for the next period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at billing@clarix.digital with:

  • Your registered email address or name
  • Transaction ID (from Razorpay receipt)
  • Reason for refund request

We process refund requests within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days (as per Razorpay and bank timelines).

5. Consumer Protection (India)

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) and applicable RBI guidelines. Clarix is committed to fair and transparent billing practices.

6. Payment Gateway

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. For payment-related disputes not resolved by Clarix, you may escalate to Razorpay's dispute resolution process. UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets are accepted.

7. Grievance Officer

As required under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, we have designated a Grievance Officer for billing and refund complaints:
